Awakening The Sacred Masculine At The Turning Of The Ages cont.

The purpose of Awakening The Sacred Masculine is to restore honor, respect and integrity amongst men. Our intention is to embody the Sacred within ourselves and live from this awareness in our daily lives. In doing so, we become impeccable with our word and Heart conscious in our actions.

The Awakened Sacred Masculine is the embodiment of Divine Lifeforce, consciously expressing through men and the masculine principle in women - it is the Christ Consciousness reborn. This is nothing new upon the planet. In fact, interestingly enough, these are the same qualities of the Knight Code of the Round Table from the Arthurian legends. This is our modern day Holy Grail quest. As men, we attain the Grail when we embody the Awakened Sacred Masculine within ourselves.

For us to fully embody the Sacred in our lives, we must create the conscious integration and blending with the complimentary aspects within ourselves. This being, our feminine natures.

However, the process required to embody the Sacred
is by no means, gender specific. It is not limited to us anatomically designed men. Both men and women carry masculine and feminine qualities. We are all unique combinations of each. Although the masculine Lifeforce is more actively expressive in a man, the masculine principle has to evolve in women as well. However, to put it mildly, men have a long way to go to catch up to women, as far as the evolutionary learning curve is concerned.

Over time, the split between our masculine and feminine natures have become so ingrained that many men have absolutely no clue as to what it means to access their 'feminine nature.´ This request made to an average group of guys is most often met with snickers, quickly  resulting in homosexual derogatory related comments.

I don't believe so many men when asked this question, could actually answer with any hint of knowing, let alone identify and define the essential qualities of their own feminine nature. Can you? And even when asking many women, would they be able to respond with any certainty? I wonder ...

Our understanding of this fundamental part of ourselves is so shallow and slim, upon being requested to touch into this within ourselves, we immediately resort to ill meant humor intended to smooth over an uncomfortable moment. I have to think that a part of ourselves has to know what we are missing. At least I hope so.

For men to embody the Awakened Sacred Masculine and become truly healthy and whole again, we have to sincerely embrace the feminine qualities within ourselves - those of compassion, intuition, receptivity, nurturance and self love. We most definitely have to get back in touch with our emotions and do the necessary self-healing work to help transform and heal the often deep woundedness within ourselves.

This radical shift in awareness requires us to create a bridge to not only embrace but deeply nurture these essential parts of ourselves. As we do this, we become more balanced and emotionally healthy.

Since time immemorial, the often adversarial and polarized relationship dance between men and women is due largely to this lack of harmonious integration in men (who reflect the old paradigm, masculine consciousness). We have treated the women outside of ourselves the same way we treat this aspect within ourselves, with the same level of
distance and emotional distrust we have with our own feminine natures. In this regard, most guys are clueless.

In truth as a whole, we are a bit slower on the uptake and not as capable or comfortable with change as most women are. Not having to menstruate every 28 days has it's advantages and disadvantages it would seem. But we are getting better. It just takes us a bit longer, that's all.
For there now to be true and lasting harmony on this planet
between men and women, this split has to be healed in men. We have to do our part first.

We do this by becoming more present within ourselves, getting grounded in our bodies and breathing into and through our open Heartspace. This opens us up to feeling our emotions and addressing the repressed wealth of information stored here. I truly believe the only way we will ever evolve and grow is if we once and for all, face and embrace all of our perceived weaknesses. All of our deepest fears, doubts and shame. All of our pain, hidden wounds and anger and most of all and above all else, we will have to learn to forgive ourselves.

This is the bottom line and completely essential in the healing and awakening process. Forgiveness allows us to free ourselves of the shame and blame we have so long carried. When a man forgives himself, he will forgive those in his life he has erroneously blamed for his own self created pain.
